Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 3 slices tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 slices red onions, sliced thin
  • 2 ounces capicola, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices mortadella, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons pesto mayonnaise
  • 2 slices multi-grain bread or 2 slices ciabatta

Directions

  1. Butter one side of each piece of bread and grill until golden brown.
  2. Spread 4 tablespoons of pesto mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  3. Pile high with tomato, mortadella, salami, capicolla, provolone cheese and onion.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
