  • Preheat oven to 350F and butter/flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.
  • Combine butter and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat until fluffy.
  • Add sugar; beat five minutes.
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Sift dry ingredients together; add to batter and mix well.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
  • Cool in pan 25 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on cooling rack.
