"I love Lillet Blanc, St Germain , gin & grapefruit, so was delighted to find a cocktail that combined all four!"

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1⁄2 ounce elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
• 1 ounce dry gin
• 2 ounces lillet blanc
• 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
• 3 dashes lemon bitters

directions

1. Vigorously shake together all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker for at least 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. Bottoms up!
