This one tickles...adapted from "Holiday Cocktails," by Jessica Strand.
- lime wedge
- superfine sugar
- 14.17 g Midori melon liqueur, chilled
- 141.74 g dry sparkling wine, chilled
- Run a lime wedge around the lip of a Champagne flute. Spread about 1 teaspoon sugar on a saucer or other flat surface; dip the flute to coat the lip.
- Pour Midori into flute, add sparkling wine and stir gently.
