Mmm!! Tasty! I halved the recipe, used whole grain "wraps" instead of tortillas, left out the dill, and added 1 tsp minced shallots. The flavor of the brie and shrimp melted together was FANTASTIC! Positively a do over!

Upon my first bite I died and went to heaven...then came back down really quick to polish off the rest. I stuck to the recipe except for the use of dill in the sauce, simply because I didn't have any. The family adored this, too. Not one morsel had remained on their plates.

Oh my, Oh my! I relished every bite of this wrap. The only problem is you won't be able to stop after just eating half of the wrap- it's so good you'll eat the whole thing! Oh well, it's worth every single calorie! I did follow the directions exactly and there wasn't any problem at all! Thanks Twissis- Loved this!

This is really outstanding. I used crab in place of shrimp and thyme in place of the dill and skipped the bacon. The crab and Brie were just right after 23 seconds in the micro on defrost(I had images of it burning in the skillet). I felt simply indulgent while munching it. What a treat, Thank you for this Twiss.

What a great dinner I had tonight with this little treat. Great flavor and the mayo sauce is a must and that comes from someone who doesn't usually like mayo. Really simple to make and the flavors blended well especially the creamy brie with the salty bacon. Great recipe!!

This would have been so easy to put together if I had not used tidy raw shrimp that I had to peel and devein, but it was well worth the effort. I loved this recipe. I sauteed the shrimp in a little butter and then assembled the rest. I didn't crumble the bacon, just layed a piece beside the mixture and rolled it up. I also added a little salt and pepper. Excellent.
