Like Peas? You'll love this soup. It's unlike any split pea soup you've ever tasted.
- 4 cups split peas
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons rice flour, mixed with a little cold water
- Wash peas and boil in a medium-sized saucepan until soft (about 45 minutes). Place peas, sugar and salt in blender and blend until smooth.
- Return peas to saucepan, add rice flour, and stir over medium heat until thickened.
