Delicious recipe! It was just as easy as the title indicates. I substituted zucchini for green pepper (my kids aren't big fans of peppers) and it was great. I might consider cooking it for a slightly shorter time next time, as the pork chop were a little dry (but not bad).

Easiest meal I've made in a while and the chops were MOIST! Most of the kids had seconds or thirds and my husband even complimented me on it. (He's not big on pork chops) The only thing I changed was I added some seasonings - salt, pepper, garlic powder, cinnamon and chives - and even that left it fairly bland. I'll definitely make this again, but might brown up the chops first and add some seasonings at that time.

What a great "down home" comforting meal. You can beat how easy to prepare this dish. I used two onions as hubby love lots of them and sprinkled the chops with garlic powder. EXCELLENT dish, deb K. Thanks for sharing.

I really, really hate to give bad reviews, but we found this bland and boring. My son chose to cook it (probably because of ease), but we ended up getting Chinese take out.

This recipe was so easy! A great dish to make for a last minute dinner with guests. I used chicken broth and peas (what I had on hand) and it turned out great.

This has been around for a while and I guess people think it is just too simple and easy to do. . to do it!! It is simple and easy but also really a great one dish meal. You could add just about anything to it if you wanted. I enjoyed it as is.
