I feel that this recipe is missing something the dried fruit was the only sugar in the recipe and after only 30 min in the oven it was done. This recipe was not very good... I was not impressed with it at all. Sour tasting
really is the easiest to make, and surprisingly sweet. I found mine didnt rise at all, so the way they went into the tin, is the way they came out! If you want them to look neater, smoth the tops.
