The Easiest Cupcakes Ever!!

"this is a very easy recipe that I make at least twice a week for my kids!! specially for cold days."

• Yields: 12 cupcakes
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 236.59 ml flour
• 4.92 ml baking powder
• 0.61 ml salt
• 157.80 ml sugar
• 1 orange, zest of
• 118.29 ml fresh orange juice
• 78.78 ml melted butter
• 59.14 ml whipping cream (unsweetened) or 59.14 ml milk
• 2 eggs
• 4.92 ml vanilla

directions

1. combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
2. in the blender put the sugar, orange juice and zest, butter, cream and the eggs.Blend very well.
3. add these blended liquid ingredients at once and stir lightly till you can't see the flour.
4. turn on your oven LOW.
5. prepare your cupcake tray with your cupcake liners, and start spooning the batter.
6. put it in the oven it will take no more than 2 minutes, start checking it as soon as you can smell it.
7. leave to cool in the tray for 15-30 minute.
