2. Thank you for posting. I was looking for this in my recipe box and could not find it. I HATE banana bread (and bananas for that matter), but I love this. It turns out tender and moist and flavorful. No guess work. No "wet" heavy banana bread. Makes me rethink the whole banana relationship.

 3. Great recipe! ! I added cinnamon and 1/2 more of bisquick...skipped the nuts and added chocolate chips. ......

 4. I love this recipe...I read the reviews first so I increased the sugar to 1 cup. I also used the GF bisquick...I had a slice while it was still warm w/butter...yummmy

 5. Based on comments, I increased the sugar to 1 cup, baked for 50 minutes and it turned out dry. Next time I’ll try compensating by adding either more milk or more bananas.

 3. ok so my pantry was kinda desolate and this made great pancakes: 2 bananas -> 3 frozen bananas 1/4 cup milk - > no milk ( i was out) 2/3 cup sugar -> 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla) 3 tablespoons oil -> 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/5 cup canola oil (approx cause i ran out of olive oil) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla -> 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (gotta stay true to the recipe) 3 eggs -> 1 egg 2 2/3 cup bissquick -> 1/3 cup bisquick no nuts 3/4 cup cake flour Not good for making cookies (which i decided to try with some of the batter) but a delicious and moist pancake!!!

I used to collect cookbooks, and I still have quite a few, but since I've been a member of food.com, I have to admit that I don't use them much anymore. This is so much easier!

In addition to cooking, I enjoy spending time with my girls, reading, and shopping. I'm also a big Virginia Tech fan, hence my user name.
