Thank you for posting. I was looking for this in my recipe box and could not find it. I HATE banana bread (and bananas for that matter), but I love this. It turns out tender and moist and flavorful. No guess work. No "wet" heavy banana bread. Makes me rethink the whole banana relationship.

Was looking for an easy banana nut bread recipe to use up some ripe bananas and decided to use this one. Wish I had read the reviews before making it because it definitely needed more sugar IMHO. I detected a salty taste also, and after reading sosiboys' review, decided it must be the salt content in the Bisquick that I was tasting also. It was also somewhat drier than other banana nut bread recipes I've tried.
