I'm in agreement that this is a nice, quick snackcake. I baked it for about 25 minutes and it was perfectly moist. My only slightly negative comment is that with this kind of cake you do tend to taste the leavening agents, but even so my husband and I still enjoyed it. Thanks for posting !

Very fast and nice flavor. A little dry, though. Of course, a thick creamy icing might take care of that! A good recipe to have in my arsenal for when I need something fast. Thanks!

This was another of my choices for "Pick Your Chef". This was probably the easiest cake I've ever made (including cake mix cakes!) I ate it when it was still warm and it was melt-in-your-mouth good. It was overly chocolatey, which was good. My husband ate 2 big pieces of it when he came home and really enjoyed it. I would say though, eat it on the day it's made, cause it was alot drier the next day when we had some. But I recommend trying this one if you want a fast and easy chocolate cake. Yum!
