ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and rinsed)
- 29.58 ml sweet pickle relish (optional)
- 78.78 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 4.92 ml prepared mustard
- 14.79 ml white sugar
- 59.14-78.78 ml mayonnaise
- 4 slice bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
- salt and pepper
- paprika
directions
- Split eggs lengthwise.
- Remove yolks.
- Put yolks into medium bowl.
- With fork mash well.
- Add mustard and mayonnaise.
- Mix well.
- Add bacon, cheese, and relish.
- Mix well--you may need to add a little more mayonnaise.
- Add sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Divide egg yolk mixture between egg whites.
- Arrange on egg platter or a nice plate.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill for 2 hours.

delicious deviled eggs & bacon!!lots of flavour and we liked the combination of ingredients although with the bacon I don't think the salt was required, so next time I will not salt them. also left out the sugar and used just 2 tablespoons of no fat mayo. Thanks for posting I will be making them again.
