  1. In a mixing bowl put in the pound of beef ,pepper salt,mince the garlic clove and throw that in too. Squish it together untill evenly mixed.take about a half handful of burger and flaten it ,real flat.take your slice of chedder and puitit in the center,take another half handful of burger and flaten it again real flat place it on top of cheese,gently press don edges,repeat with the rest of the burger.on medium low heat grill or fry the burgers,sprinkle a little garlic pwodeer and pepper on top then put about a tablespoon of flattened cream cheese formed into a the shape of the burger.
  2. place on top on the burger put a slice of american on top.once the cheese is melted take out put on a bun and enjoy :).
