  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 12 cup strong coffee
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Put all in a blender and blend until smooth.

Yum! Great way to use up that little extra coffee left in the pot. I left out the agave and it was sweet enough for me. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Very refreshing. Loved the addition of peanut butter and agave instead of sugar. Great way to use up leftover coffee.
