The Bowery's Presbyterian
- 4 slices ginger, roughly 3cm x 2mm thick
- 50 ml jim beam whiskey
- 20 ml lime juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Muddle the ginger in a bar glass or shaker.
- Half fill with ice, add the rye whiskey, lime and sugar.
- Shake, strain into a tall glass full of ice, top with ginger ale, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
