Delicious! My daughter was recently diagnosed with a soy allergy... who knew that soy is in almost all processed foods?!? Anyhow, I discovered coconut aminos which is an awesome soy sauce substitute! Used in this recipe with amazing results. This sauce is so full flavored you may want to adjust the quantity you use in your recipes. Thanks!
This recipe IS excellent. The sauce has a rich, full flavor; slightly sweet, but tangy and "Worscestershire-y". I highly recommend it. It does taste much better than the store-bought version.
I've made this 3 times now, and it is really easy and delicious. I like this way better than store bought, and I can control the ingredients such as no corn syrup etc. If it seems a little strong, you can dilute it with a little water.
