These strawberry muffins were REALLY delicious!!! My children loved them! I've made these so many times. The first time, I used buttermilk. The second time I used corn oil instead of butter with the butter milk. I made some last Saturday and used vanilla yogurt instead if milk. I made another batch this past Friday(I ran out of strawberries so I substituted an orange and squeezed some of the juice for some orange muffins)! Then used coconut oil instead of butter. I just made another batch but substituted the yogurt for Almond milk and used chocolate chips instead of the strawberries! WONDERFUL recipe

these turned out really nice! I added a little extra sugar as my strawberries weren't very flavourful

These are exactly as advertised. :) They go together quickly and come out tasting lovely. Simple flavours and nice crumbly muffin texture. I don't like muffins that are too cake-y. Thanks!

These are delicious! I'm going to have to use self-control to not eat all dozen of them tonight. I'm grateful for a recipe that doesn't have a lot of sugar. Also I appreciate the addition of the oatmeal. I used a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, and pomegranate instead of just blueberries. Also I subbed coconut oil for the butter. The only challenge I had was that these are pretty crumbly, so it was a bit challenging to get them out of the tins. They firm up more after they've cooled.

Very good. Really moist. I'm more of a banana person so next time I'm going to try mashed bananas and maybe walnuts instead of strawberries.

My kids LOVE these, they are currently scarfing them down :) and my husband will love them when he gets home from work! they are moist and yummy!

The season for strawberries is long here in Southern California, but I knew I was pushing it when I bought strawberries for this recipe & I was right, they didn't have a lot of flavor, & taking that into consideration, these muffins were still very good, & with the added flavor of homemade strawberry preserves, well . . . ! I made a 2nd batch using fresh blueberries & those were SO FLAVORFUL, so I'm sure, with some IN-SEASON strawberries, these will be outstanding! Am happily keeping this recipe around so's I can make then next year when fresh strawberries abound! Thanks for posting the recipe!
