The ingredients blended together themselves were very tasty but it was way to salty and way to much pepper for my taste. Next time I might try it but I'll cut way back on the salt and pepper.
Since I don't own a restaurant, I seek out these recipes that I may enjoy 'restaurant quality' meals in the comfort of my home (and budget). Therefore I reduced it from cups to tablespoons and filled a shaker. I also adjust for my taste. Like Catnip46, I don't care for a lot of salt, either. So, instead of table salt, I used 1 tbsp of kosher salt and substituted garlic powder for garlic salt. And now I have a new favorite steak rub!
