My mother introduced me to this steak and I have been making it ever since.
- 4 peppered steaks
- 3 cups Italian dressing
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of montreal steak spice
- 1 teaspoon Oxo beef cube
- Mix Italian dressing and all of your spices together and add steak let marinate for as long as you can the longer the better.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and cook until pink is gone. this dish is best served with rice.
