  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, beat until thoroughly mixed. Add butter and oil to pan on medium-high heat. Cook eggs (don't scramble, when they are done cut the eggs into bite size pieces) 3 minutes per side or until done. If you like serve with ketchup on the side.
