My Dad came up with this recipe when i was a kid, and i still love it. It takes no time at all and tastes SO good! To make this recipe for 2 people just double the ingredients.
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 6 drops Worcestershire sauce (you may want more of less according to your taste)
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, beat until thoroughly mixed. Add butter and oil to pan on medium-high heat. Cook eggs (don't scramble, when they are done cut the eggs into bite size pieces) 3 minutes per side or until done. If you like serve with ketchup on the side.
I liked these but my son didn't. I followed the recipe as written other then I didn't add any salt.
