    Directions:

      Combine sugar, oil, and eggs; add pumpkin.
    2. 2
      Sift dry ingredients together, then add to pumpkin mixture.
    3. 3
      Add water, mix, and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes in 2 large greased loaf pans. (This is not always exact when using different sized pans, I just watch it and test it occasionally when making small breads).

      Delicious! I used half the sugar and chopped cranberries instead of craisins. A big hit!

      Thank you for this recipe!!!!!!! It was so moist and the spicing was spot on! I made this with raisins for I didn't have any craisins in the house and it was still delicious! If you are looking for good recipe, use this one!

      Excellent bread. Very moist and flavorful. My family of picky eaters really enjoyed it. Didn't add the craisins, but it was still great. Next time may add some sugared pecans.
