Once you taste these light and tasty pancakes you'll never go back to another recipe. You just throw all ingredients in the blender and voilà.

  1. Just toss it all in the blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth.
  2. Cook on hot griddle.
  3. Serve with maple syrup.
  4. Eat. Yum!
  5. I substitute 3/4 c fat free half and half plus 1/4 c water for the 1 c buttermilk.

These are good pancakes. My DD made these for her and her friends. She used the blender. She followed the ingredients per recipe. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

I have just finished throwing out all of my other Pancake recipes. This is Fabulous!!! DH likes very light Pancakes, and I like meaty ones, and this recipe accommedates both of our desires for a great Pancake. Thank You for posting such a wonderful recipe that is a Definite Keeper! You must try this!
