My husband and I have been married almost 2 years now. I have a stressful job as a technical writer so cooking is my way of relaxing myself. :) I'm a cassarole, one-pot kind of girl but also love Southern, Mexican, and Asian food. I love to read (non-fiction, fiction, poetry) and write poetry.
