- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Put first four (4) ingredients into a pan and cook to soft ball stage 238 degrees.
- Remove from heat and add cream, vanilla.
- Serve hot on Ice cream, Pies,Cakes, or whatever your imagination comes up with.
