• 1⁄3 cup tomato paste
• 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1 teaspoon dried mustard

• Secret Rib Rub (use 2 Tbsp)

• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander

directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together and store in an air tight container until needed.
2. **If you are going to use this on ribs, chicken, pork, etc., try seasoning the meat with the actual dry rub before cooking then slather on the sauce.
