      So good! And good ingredients make this kinda stellar. I used English cukes and Grandma's tiny cookie cutter, getting 3 round finger sandwiches from each 2 slices of bread. Very pretty and simple. Thanks,

      Love this. I change the mayonnaise to fat free.I'm a diabetic so watch everything. But great recipe.

      I gave this 5 stars. My family loves cucumber sandwiches. We make ours slightly different. We do not use onions or cut out the bread. We spread 2 slices of white bread with mayonnaise. Then lay slices of cucumbers onto one slice of bread. Next we sprinkle with salt & pepper and top the with the other slice of bread. Thanks for posting a great recipe! Christine (internetnut)

      Wow! I had forgotten all about these...My Mom used to make these too! The only difference is that she added a little pepper too. And she insisted on Hellman's mayo like your recipe mentions. Thank you for posting this and for bringing back wonderful childhood memories! Very tasty snack sandwich!!
