This is from The Freezer Cooking Manual from 30 Day Gourmet: A Month of Meals Made Easy . I had this at a friend's birthday party. He marinaded chicken breasts overnight in a plastic food bag and then used his George Foreman grill to them the next day.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken pieces in a gallon freezer bag.
- Freeze and pull out later, or pour over frozen chicken and let marinate while it thaws.
- Cook as desired.
Very good! This marinade comes down to whether or not you like worcestershire on chicken. Half of my family did (& loved it) and the other half did not (but ate every bite). My DD's BF called it the best chicken she ever had. I think I will try this on steak also. Worth giving a try! Thanks for posting.
