      Loved the marinade on the chicken, but didn't feel it did much for the sausage.....what it did for the chicken was great though! Used a pork sweet sausage,may try using a turkey or chicken sweet sausage next time. Also parboiled some small new potatoes and then marinated them separately with this marinade and did them on separate skewers, quite nice flavor for these too! Thanx for posting.

      Excellent marinade.....since it was just 2 of us I cut back on the meat but made the full amount of marinade and added veggies to the remainder. I used cherry tomatoes, red bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, sweet onion and mushrooms. I also used 1/2 red wine vinegar and 1/2 balsamic vinegar. This recipe will definitely be used a lot ~ thank you for sharing.
