I used ground turkey with great success! Loved the flavors in these. I used cheddar cheese. Will be making this recipe often. Great for grilling.

Yummy Yummy Yummy!!! I used ground turkey instead of the ground beef (trying to eat healthier) and used whole wheat bread crumbs that I seasoned with Italian seasoning and whole wheat buns! These were perfect, just a hint of sweetness that we loved! We will be making these again and again, by far our favorite way to eat turkey burgers because the marinade that we use for the ground beef burgers usually just does not translate well to the turkey for some reason, but this did! Can't wait to make again! Thanks for posting! :) Made for Holiday Tag 2009!

Good burger. I used white american cheese, and had to cook them inside because the weather wasn't cooperating today. The teriyaki gave them a slightly sweet taste! Made for Zaar Stars!

Okay these really live up to their name, the addition of the teriyaki sauce really brings up the flavor, got have the garlic and cayenne pepper so I add some in and wow these are some awesome burgers, I had to settle for making them on my indoor grill, you can bet I'll be making these again, thanks so much for a great burger recipe Sue, make for KK's tag game!

This got a great thumbs up from my family. Burgers are a good price here so we have never made them before untill now, all I can say is I won't buy ready made again, they're the best burger we have had. I used cream crackers for the crumbs as i did'nt have the other and I made the teriyaki sauce from a recipe here on zaar. I have made extra and froze them for later but I think that it won't be long before my lot want them again. Thank you for a great recipe. Update I have made this load's since the first time so I thought I should take a picture we just love them.

Yummy, juicy burgers! All of these flavors worked so well together, and were terrific on the onion buns. Moist and delicious - thanks for sharing the recipe!

These were great. I had a little but of trouble keeping the meat together. But it didn't matter, the burgers were so full of flavor. I definately will make these again.

And ......onion rolls are the hit of the season. I am also requesting that you should be very aware of this recipe too, which is ironically the best part. Heck, it's all the best part, and as other reviewers conquered~there is just simply nothing to add or subtract to this recipe. I did use some fresh basil, because it is now prolifically floundering around the garden, so I used this. I used a garlic-teriyaki which was a perfect compliment to this wonderful Memorial Day treat. Thank you ever so much for posting such a rib-sticking grand food! Made for PRMR. May 2009

We loved this burger! Just delicious! I was out of basil, so made these without it. I make my own Teriyaki sauce because I can control the salt and use low-sodium soy sauce. I used tonkatsu sauce in place of other condiments. I know we will be making this yummy burgers often! Thanks Sue! Made for PRMR

Simply perfect, can't think of a single aspect that could be improved. No mustard or catsup would enhance this. Used Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki, which I have enjoyed many times before. For our first barbecue in 2009, these are the burgers I shall serve. Served with tasty and only slightly spicy Spicy Baked Sweet Potato "fries" #176192. The teriyaki sauce and the onion rolls set this apart, yet they really set this burger apart from the wannabes! Used my instant-read thermometer to assess the doneness. Thank you for sharing this winner, CoffeeB! Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders Tag.
