  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with the oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs well before stirring in the rest of the ingredients in the order given.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 1 hour.
  • Let set about 10 minutes before serving.

  1. Has anyone made this a day before serving? If so would you reheat on same temperature. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
     
  2. Do I thaw the hash browns before using?
     
  3. Maybe stupid question...Do I sautee the onions first and cook the hashbrowns before mixing it all together?
