MEP! Delicious cookies! Easy to throw together, too. 400º sounded a bit high for cookies, but I followed the recipe. I did end up having to lower the heat to 375º though...my first batch was over brown on the bottom. I threw in some chocolate chips and some coconut too. I will make these again for sure! Thanks for a tasty cookie! :)

Tasty! They smell and taste like little banana breads! I left out the nuts b/c I didn't have any. I also used butter and found that they spread quite a bit. I don't know if it's b/c of the butter but it might be something to consider. They are very easy to make.

Neat recipe. I added walnuts and choc. chips instead of pecans and raisins, and omitted the nutmeg. This made exactly 3 dozen cookies. Next time I'll skimp on the sugar and add some baking powder - my cookies didn't bake up as much as I would've liked. Like another reviewer, I lowered the heat, as they browned quickly on the bottom, maybe due to the cooking spray on the baking sheet? Thanks for the recipe.

These were good. I also added chocolate chips. I thought they came out more of a muffin-texture though.
