Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces milk (or soymilk or almond milk)
  • 6 ounces light banana cream pie yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free pudding mix, banana flavored
  • 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
  • ice


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Process until smooth. Add ice as desired.
  2. Enjoy!
