This sounded good to me but I changed a few things. I take a ripe small or medium banana peeled and frozen then slice it up, i use PB2 (peanut butter powder) 1 TBL of the peanut butter and 1 TBL of the chocolate PB2 and 1 scoop of 100% Premium Whey Protein plus Chocolate protein powder add all of this to 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (I use the vanilla unsweetened which makes it even better), blend it up in a blender or use an immersion blender. I'm glad I came across this recipe it is excellent for a post cross fit or mma sparring session pick me up. My version is 315 calories and 27.6g of protein 14.9 sugars 39.1 total carbs.
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (Chunky)
