What a great gift idea!!! Too bad, cause I'm keeping it ALL MYSELF!!!This stuff is wonderful!!!Thanks for a great recipe.I will be making this lots and lots, summer and winter. It's a keeper for sure:)
This is an OMG recipe! Made it last night and didn't taste it until it had been refrigerated overnight and it is delicious. Can't wait to have ham and swiss cheese sandwiches tomorrow and lots of "That Mustard" Thanks! Carole in Orlando
Wonderful flavor. Easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and we served it with italian sausages. Everyone that tried it liked it.
I made this as a gift for my MIL and tried some of it at her house. It was wonderful! Sweet with a bit of a bite at the end. (Great on a salami sandwich...). When I made it, it seemed a bit thin for a mustard but once it had been in the fridge for a bit, it thickened up without a problem. I will definately make this one again. Thanks!
I love this mustard. I followed the recipe exactly and it was so easy. We had it on cheese and crackers and it will be one recipe I will use often. Thank you for posting.

Update: After making this for the last three years and struggling with the eggs cooking, I finally got it right. Who knew I just needed to follow the recipe to a T. I mixed everything in the pot including the eggs and then turned it on to cook. Not a piece of cooked egg in sight. Still one of the most requested items in my Holiday Gift bag.
DAMN...this is a GREAT recipe...Unfortunately, I didn't keep track of how many Tbsp is !-1/2 oz dry mustard. Please help! Update: By trial and error I figured out that it is 3/8 cup. I make a double batch each time so I get 8 4 oz jars. I can't believe how many people expect this as a present. This is the second year that I have made this. The only problem I encountered this year is that I ended up with small pieces of cooked egg. In the second batch I made, I beat the eggs extra just to make sure that there were no "chunks" but I got the same result. I am going to try tomorrow with a fresh batch of eggs to see if that makes a difference. One of the best recipes ever.
I am not rating this now I'm just helping Waccokinfool. I also made themistake of not knowing till after I added the whole bottle lol. Its 9 tspns or 3 tbs. I will rate after I fix my mistake.
