For better than ordinary mashed potatoes
- 5 lbs medium potatoes (peeled and Quartered)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons chives
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Cook Potatoes and mash with butter.
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream and salt until light and fluffy. Add potatoes and chives and stir.
- Cooked in greased 9x13 dish at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
I made these for Thanksgiving and they were the most popular dish on the table and there were no leftovers! They were so good that the family requested that I make them again for Christmas. So cheesy, creamy, tasty and the paprika and chives make it. I used whipped cream cheese which stirred in better. My fave potatoes ever I think! Mandy, Marlton

this recipe was ok. i wont be making them again. didnt care for the cream cheese in it.
