  1. Brown ground turkey in a nonstick pan. Add water, fish sauce and brown sugar and cook, stirring until liquid has almost evaporated. Toss with cucumber, cilantro, lime juice and peanuts. Serve with lettuce leaves for wrapping.

This didn't seem to be enough on it's own to be a salad - really did need to be lettuce wraps or increase the cukes a lot. That being said, it tasted good and wa pretty easy! Thanks! Made for PAC Spring '13
