For this recipe I chose to freeze mine ahead of time for a later use.
What a great idea.
For this burger I chose to have it my way as a burger salad with raspberry walnut dressing and the bun on the side. This reminded me of a salad I had up home.
This burger is amazing. Either way you make this it comes out great.
Nice change from our regular turkey burgers. Great flavors. I am going to add some dried chili flakes or diced jalapeno next time for some added zing. I made mine on the Foreman grill, but looking forward to grilling season to try these with the smoke flavor in them. Made for Spring 2009 PAC.
Made these last ight, they were awesome! I love the addition of the sesame oil, it really gave them a great flavor! I did add just a little bit of egg beaters to the mix to keep them together since there were no bread crumbs. I also added some fresh minced garlic. They really do stay moist! Outstanding! Thank you!
What a moist burger!!! I had to use powdered ginger and regular onion. We've had this twice already. YUM!
We've never tried turkey burgers, but after we made these the DH said "I think I'm a fan of turkey burgers." We'll make these again! I serves these on Ciabatta rolls. Yum!
I served these burgers with ww peanut sauce as the "ketchup" Weight Watchers Peanut Sauce. They probably would have been to plain for me without it.
Definitely moist. A good surprise for my first turkey burger. Nothing wow about it but good.
