Outstanding recipe, we loved it! I didn't make any changes in your recipe. I used medium-hot New Mexico caribe (red pepper flakes) and it was perfect for us. I also used smoked turkey that was in my freezer, both dark and white meat. I will definately be using this recipe again. Thanks for posting it.

Delicious! My first thought as I took as bite was "Restaurant quality!" Yum. I doubled the recipe and used about half a medium yellow onion, sliced (no green on hand), and green peppers. Oh, and olive oil for the sesame oil. Omitted the red pepper flakes because I'm not a spice fan, though DH would have liked it.

What a great change from the usual turkey leftover recipes. My daughter and husband had dropped in just as I was finishing up this so since I had doubled the sauce already, I threw in some more turkey. We had rice and steamed snap peas. This will be made again and perhaps with a little more spice.

This definitely had potential. It was kind of bland and definitely not enough sauce. I think if I jazzed it up a bit, it could be really good.

Simple, fast, appetizing colors and very tasty!!! With a roasted 21lb turkey in the refrigerator, I decided to try as many new recipes as possible. Tonight Cresent turkey rolls. A few nights ago, I created turkey enchiladas some with mole, some with red sauce. I will submit that recipe soon.

My family loves the recipes. Taste great. I've already cooked this 3 times. Looks like I'll be making more of this.

Definitely a recipe to hold on to. Like other reviews stated, I doubled the sauce. I also added cauliflower and broccoli to the mix, yum!!! Good heat without being too spicy.

We didn't love it. I'm not a fan of cilantro to start with and also it was a little dry, but maybe that was how the turkey started.

Great recipe - the beauty of this recipe is that it is so easy to make. I like it with a bit of lemon juice (or vinegar) Thanks!

I found this recipe somewhere years ago too and we having been eating it regularly ever since. Very good! It is my favorite stir fry. Thanks for taking the time to post it here.

This was really good! I used green curry paste, because I didn't have the powder. I added sliced onion, green beans and jalapeno also just because I love them in stir frys. I've made this a few times now, once with turkey and once with chicken, and I recommend to double the sauce. I think this recipe could work with any type of meat or shrimps/scallops. We really enjoyed this, thanks!!

Thank you so much! Such a different way to get rid of too much leftover turkey. It was well-received at a potluck tonight, and this will go into my keeper file.

I am so glad to have found this recipe!!! I have tired of turkey/chicken leftover recipes which use creams soups (which I refuse to use) or cream sauce. This was VERY tasty...a wonderful combination of flavours. I doubled the sauce ingredients, except the honey as I am tyring to cut back on sugars..and it was great. A very simple yet quick recipe... preparation and cooking time was only about 20 minutes . I have already been asked to make it again.

What can I say....I will actually no longer dread left over turkey. This was delicious. We had a sort of Thanksgiving in August and I have lots of leftover turkey...was dreading what to do with it. This was so good that I was afraid I might eat it all before my husband got home for dinner. Used dried cilantro, a mixture of mild and hot curries and didn't have sesame oil, so used olive instead. Served over plain brown rice. I may actually double the recipe next time. Thanks so much for saving us from the traditions left over turkey fare!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! My house is getting very tired of the creamy turkey divan/casseroles made from the leftovers, as well as watching our waistlines. This dish is flavourful and a great alternative for leftover turkey or chicken. I made sure to double the sauce recipe.

Made this using leftover chicken, I also added a little homemade Garam Masala, it was absolutely delicious. It is so good, that in future I will always buy bigger chickens than I need to make this. Thank you for posting.

Very easy and tasty recipe. I agree with another post that the sauce is good just not enough of it. Nice flavour change after all that turkey on Christmas day.I added a few thinly sliced red onion with the peppers. Thanks for the recipe.
