This would probably be a good dip for spring rolls, but it was different than the peanut sauces I know and love. I was planning to use it on Nice Thai Burritos, but found that it was far too runny to put on a burrito and also too sweet for my taste. I ended up adding a LOT more peanut butter, more salt, and some sri racha sauce and crushed red pepper. After those modifications, it was delicious. I loved the addition of fresh cilantro.
