This is easy to make and delicious, even my mother, who hates spicy food, raved about this recipe.
This is a great dish. So easy to make. I used 1 T. Asian red pepper flakes instead (much more spicy than the flakes you get at the American grocery store). Will definitely make this again. If you mess up and over simmer your sauce (like I did), just add a bit more and simmer to the point you like. Nice that the recipe is forgiving like that. Next time I make this, I'm going to do a vegitarian version (maybe bell pepper, mushroom & pineapple). Thanks for the great recipe!!
Pretty darn good and if you make this tonight, I'll be in the kitchen fighting back my tears making Top Ramen.
