This is so easy! Also a favorite of my husband's. Have made it many times. We like a little uncooked cabbage on each and drizzle of sweet chili sauce. Sweet chili sauce is a must!

This was REALLY GOOD!! We are trying to cut carbs, so I tried making wraps with lettuce leaves. That didn't work, so we ended up just eating it in a bowl with a spoon, but the flavor was fantastic!! I made it according to the directions, adding half the Sriracha while cooking and letting people put on more if they wanted. I was hoping to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow, but there aren't any. Thanks for a great recipe!!
Just finished one of these delicious burritos for lunch today and absolutely loved them. They are really spicy (even with using only 1/2 tbsp. Sriracha sauce, but not too spicy. Nice and filling -- really hits the spot. Will definitely make these burritos again. Made for Fall PAC, 2012.
We really liked this, although I did make some changes. Basically, I used half the amount of pork and I nearly doubled the amount of coleslaw mix. There was still lots of meat - I can't imagine it as written! We still had 4 burritos and even put leftover filling in the fridge for lunch one day. This one is going into our regular menu rotation.
Yummy, used everything except corriander and this was so good, I used 1T. more of honey and 1tsp of red pepper and fresh ginger root, will make this again soon. I used low carb tortillas and they are loaded with fiber, also served with fresh sliced oranges***
This recipe had everything going on! Crunchy, spicy, low fat and easy. My family loved it. I made one batch with the pork and another with firm tofu for my daughter (no meat). Thanks for posting. Justine
