The innards taste good on any type of bread. I have tried it on regular whole wheat bread, english muffins, sandwich thins, and whole wheat tortillas. The peanut butter does a good job of neutralizing the red onion flavor. Adjust ingredients to taste.


  1. Toast English Muffin.
  2. Spread with Peanut Butter.
  3. Add cucumbers and red onions.
