  1. I thought these were yummy. I did cut the potatoes in cubes, and used Thai sweet chili sauce to coat. I cooked at 400 degrees. Thanks! Made for PRMR game.

  2. I thought these were really good. I grilled instead of using the oven.

  3. I loved these fries! They were spicy-hot and salty and sweet all at once, and a breeze to make. Thanks - I'll be making these often.

  4. Sorry this didn't work for me. I made this as directed with 2 sweet potatoes. The sauce doesn't stick well to the potatoes...I think if they had been dredged in flour it might have worked better. As is, I did spoon the extra sauce over them and did turn them half way through baking but they browned too much and you couldn't taste the flavors. Less oil, and a lower temperature might work better. The sweet potatoes also were too soft in texture after baking to make good fries. Made for the Please Review tag game.

  5. I used a sweet potatoe that weighed in over the 1 1/2 lb mark and by the the time I peeled and trimmed it was just under the weight and went ahead with the full recipe and 3 of us scoffed the lot, served with recipe #437238 by katew and coleslaw and pita bread. Though instead of sambal oelek I used a homemade chilli paste that my next door neighbour gave me which can pack a punch and only added 1/4 teaspoon (take my word taste this straight from the jar and it will numb your tongue and lips). Thank you Debble, made for Went To Market.
