Thai Inspired Peanut Sauce

"This recipe came out of my trials and making it years ago and not being satisfied with it from other places. I love peanut noodles a lot and so do most of my friends. This recipe however is not exact in any sense even though it tries to be, adjust your recipe to suite your tastes. Maybe you like it sweeter add more hosin sauce or maybe it is not quite salty enough so add more soy sauce...you get the idea"

  • Take all ingredients and mix them together in a small pot on medium heat until all mixed and hot (and garlic is cooked) add more water if things are still a bit thick. (if it starts to boil turn the heat down and usually you will need to add more water sometimes not).
  • Serve over pasta or noodles of some sort and add some stirfried veggies/tofu for a fuller meal.

I have been cooking for probably 10+ years seriously cooking for about 5 years (though not professionally) I have been veg. for about 2+ years. I could probably cook just about anything and tend not too use recipes too much mostly just as a base to learn something new or improve upon a recipe. People rave about my Chocolate Soufflé, some have said it is better than what they have had in those fancy 5 star restaurants but most of those places are so pretentious... The most important thing for me is cooking for my friends and family and if I could make money doing that (just enough to pay rent/bills and have a little extra for small things) I would do it in a heartbeat. My heart tells me I should cook and that is what I am going to listen too
