Thai Hot BBQ Rib Wing Everything Sauce

"This is one of those good on everything sauces . It is based on a recipe that just came out in my favorite cooking magazine for spicy thai chicken wings ( fried wings tossed in this sauce) . It is excellent with the wings and I made beef ribs tonight with this sauce and they were incredible. The original calls for shallots - I have not bothered adding them since this is great without . When I was out of fresh tomatoes I used a comparable amount of diced canned ones."
