Great for summertime grilling! Has a tangy, spicy glaze that just makes meats and chicken mouth watering!

  1. In a small saucepan, mix together sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Whisk in broth, vinegar, lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, lemongrass, pepper flakes, and cayenne.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until lightly thickened; then reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes more.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in basil.
  5. Brush on pork or chicken during the last 10-12 minutes of grilling.

Very easy sauce to slap together. Didn't have the lemongrass, so tossed in a lemon wedge. Really nice glaze for grilled fish and shrimp! Thanks, Sue
