Dressed up mayo to add some pizzaz to your sandwich!
- Mix all ingredients. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
I'd never thought to mix the Thai chili sauce with mayo and this made a nice sauce for Salmon Cakes With Ginger-Sesame Sauce (as I did not have any yogurt to make the sauce that recipe calls for). I ended up adding some chili flakes to spice it up just a bit but that's the kind of thing that is a personal preference.
Yummy!...I served it with our fish...hubby loves his mayo and ketchup...but this time he got the yummy Thai chili mayo...he loved it...I can see using it as a nice dip with cold shrimp...this is a keeper...thanks for sharing it...=)
Totally delish combo.
Made exactly as written, and used it slathered on a wrap with crispy coated chicken and salad - and it was FABULOUS!!
This one definitely stays in the collection - thanks breezermom!!
