This is a great recipe! So fast and easy and it has that wonderful Thai flavor. Since I didn't have red pepper flakes I used about a teaspoon of Sriracha hot chili sauce and seasoned rice vinegar to give the sauce an authentic Asian flavor. I used chicken breasts cut in bite size pieces, served over rice with the sauce and added some sweet peas and scallions on top. Thank you, I will use this recipe again.
I liked it, but it was a bit too salty, which was probably my fault for using white cooking wine instead of vinegar, the latter was probably a better option to mitigate the soy sauce. I cut the chicken into bites and added it back to the pan once the sauce thickened a bit, after that I kept cooking till the sauce thickened completely.
WOW really phenomenal meal and outstanding quality I got an A for this meal for food tech THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
I grilled the chicken and prepared the sauce separately, adding about 1 T. of cornstarch to thicken. I served over an Asian salad. It was delicious!
The flavor in this dish was incredible. Only changes I made were based on some of the comments I read. I used low salt Soy Sauce and cut the chicken into chunks rather than use breast. I also prepared the sauce as if I were using 6 servings / Chicken breasts but only used 4 breast. It came out amazing. I also used Scallions to top it off. It was a big hit, thank you Tasty Tidbits!
We just went to a thai restaurant last week - this was just as good! Everyone loved it and raved about it! Amazing! I used ground ginger (1 TBS) and cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces and stirred those around in the sauce, served over rice.
We really enjoyed this dish! Full of great flavor... I will be making again! Thanks for sharing!
We really enjoyed this recipe - even pinned it on Pinterest. I didn't have any veggies to put into it, really sad cause it is September! But no snow peas or anything to put in it. But it was still really yum served with Jasmine rice. Thanks for sharing it!
I am convinced that this could not have possibly been more delicious.
