I got this recipe from a cooking show - they were demonstrating the oven I think!! Very popular at parties!!
Ingredients:
500 g
minced chicken, lean
1/2 cup
fresh breadcrumb
(packet are okay)
2 tablespoons
sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup
fresh coriander , chopped
4
spring onions , chopped finely
Directions:
1
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2
Roll into balls.
3
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes- basically until they are cooked though and look cooked!
4
I line the tray with baking paper.
5
Serve with extra sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
6
**I often add more breadcrumbs/coriander and chilli sauce-- just judge how wet/dry the mixture is.
Ratings & Reviews:
These Thai chicken balls were very easy and tasted great. They were a little dry so I will add more sweet chilli sauce next time. Thanks for posting them mylanos, I will be making them again.

These were very easy and just the right consistency - not too dry. I baked them of foil which worked well.

These are very nice. I sort of mixed the ingredients together without a lot of measuring, going by what looked right, tried to make them into balls, added some more bread crumbs and the consistency was fine. I baked them on greased foil at about 375, and they would not have burned on the bottoms if I'd been paying more attention. They were still good.
